Welcome to the City of Edmonds

The City of Edmonds mourns the loss of City Councilmember Peggy Pritchard Olson who passed away on November 9 after a courageous battle with ALS.

The City of Edmonds faces a significant budget shortfall in 2009. City employees are taking non-paid furlough days (one day each month through 2009) to help reduce expenditures, preserve services, and reduce the need for a reduction in force.

The following City buildings will be closed on Wednesday, November 25:

City Hall, Public Safety Complex, Frances Anderson Center, and Public Works.

Police and Fire services remain available 24 hours a day by calling 911.

Thank you to the citizens of Edmonds for their support and understanding.
