Public Records - The City Clerk’s Office authenticates, records, and maintains the City’s official legislative acts and is committed to continued preservation of our City’s history.  It assures compliance with legal requirements for Washington State municipalities, including the accuracy, organization, accessibility and protection of all essential public records.  Contact the City Clerk’s Office to request copies of public records.

City Council Agenda - The City Clerk’s Office schedules and coordinates City Council weekly agendas, packet and minutes preparation.  Notification of City Council meetings, public hearings, and other activities are the responsibility of this office. 

Additional Services - The City Clerk’s Office issues and tracks all business licenses, various parking permits, and Special Event Applications.  It tracks city contracts, and recorded documents.  Other services include City Hall switchboard/ receptionist services, citywide mail/postage services, and purchasing services.
