Studies

The 2006 Streetscape Plan is an update of the 2002 Urban Design Study. Adopted by City Council in 2006, the Streetscape Plan is part of the City Comprehensive Plan.

The Streetscape Plan includes six appendices: Street Furniture & Design Standards; Highway 99 – International District; Gateways/Intersections; Way-finding Signs; 4th Avenue Arts Corridor; and Street Trees.
